With over 30 production lines and 10 inspectors, we control the quality strictly on outcomes from each processes,blowing,plating ,painting,packing,sampling on finished goods,container loading checks. What’s more,we accept clients or third party’s inspection. We offer quality check report to client each order before shipment. Quality check according to AQL 1.0 for major defects,AQL 4.0 for minor defects. Our production capability is 100000pcs/per day.
